Shipping policy
We only provide services for the countries and regions specified in the list. All orders are shipped on the SAME day by default. We will process the orders to the next working day on weekends and holidays.
All the Orders in the United States will be ship from the U.S. warehouse (location: West Covina, California). Packages in the United States will be delivered by USPS (first class) or UPS (ground, air). The specific shipping service depends on your shipping address. We will use the optimization scheme to determine the final carrier.
The package in the United States has not been delivered within 14 working days start from shipped date. Please contact us by email in time, and we will investigate and give you an acceptable solution (refund or resend).
Some orders from Canada and Mexico are shipped from the US warehouse. Default USPS and DHL are optional.
